Who I Am

My name is Dominika and I help women on the most beautiful journey: the discovery of themselves.

In 2004, I left Poland to move to Milan, the world capital of style, where my passion for fashion became a mission: using color and image to strengthen identity and self-awareness. With DEA Academy, I guide women, professionals, and companies in using image as a lever for growth, credibility, and leadership, because true elegance is born from authenticity.

DEA Academy is part of the GNV Group ecosystem, an HR Tool & Consulting House specializing in assessment, training, and consulting, and the exclusive licensee in Italy for TTI Success Insights: this allows me to integrate the DEA method with scientific assessment tools to create tailored paths that align image, personality, and career goals.
